SHE SUMMIT: Sport and leadership program inspiring young females.
S.H.E. Summit celebrates and accelerates inclusive equality by connecting, educating and activating talent in the global workplace. A 2-day transformational offsite leadership experience, S.H.E. Summit awakens higher purpose and renewed energy for leadership advancement and culture change.
Each year, they curate a 20-session conference program over 2 days featuring 50+ thought leaders and movement drivers of today’s most relevant gender, diversity and cultural issues to propel the leadership and actions of 100,000+ passionate influencers representing the private sector, public sector, and media.
Each year compression students participate in a pre and post survey at the Summit run in partnership with SHE SUMMIT and Western Sydney University. The survey was about the needs and wants of females in Sport, Health and Education. The students worked in small groups with girls from other schools.
11th April was the launch of the survey report as the launch becomes symbolic of Youth Week celebrations.
Year 12 student Zainab Mohammadi was asked to be part of the Q and A panel at the SHE Summit Launch as she joins a panel with other female sports leaders including Haneen Zreika (a professed AFLW player) as well as other VIPs invited by the Office of Sport and the Australian Sports Commission.
